Eli Zikri Diamonds Ltd has long been one of Israel's most important diamond manufacturers, cutting and polishing diamonds for more than 50 years. Annual exports were around $20 million for many years, and hit a record $24 million in the year 2000. The firm specializes in the manufacture of large stones, mostly rounds, but including all types of fancy cuts, from 1 to 10 carats.
When it comes to diamond polishing, Eli Zikri has incomparable knowledge and skills built up over five decades. His factory in Netanya, north of Tel Aviv, employed around 60 craftsmen during its many years of operation. The plant produced rounds and fancy shapes from 0.5 carats to 6 carats in all shapes and colors.
